When I was a kid, I would get so stoked about going to the local amusement park. Being a super-ADHD specimen, I wanted to simultaneously ride all the biggest rollercoasters, get on the rotor (gravity-defying wheel thing) and bumper cars while snarfing handfuls of fried dough, cotton candy and an XL slushy. Endgame was always the same: stained shirt, dazed expression and a goofy-ass grin on my blue teeth.

This Thursday, Slayers Club takes you back to that amusement park with our first out-of-town guest, JANTSEN of the Family Moons collective, from Boulder, CO.

Also a low-end force to be reckoned with, ABSURGE brings a pre-playa blend of wonky treats to dismantle the dancefloor. Repping both the TRBL and FRINGE crews, this dude is like a union boss on blast in the booth. His demands: higher levels and lower bass frequencies from the speaks, reckless abandon from your feet.
