“I was recently asked to make a mix for the Tom Ravenscroft show on BBC6 Music. Instead of an all electronic mix of some random ‘dope’ tunes out there right now, I figured I would give an insight into some other music that has moved me over the past few years. In case you didn’t know, Slayers Club is taking over 2010. Just sayin’…

Been listening to a lot of The xx, Lykke Li, Of Porcelain… along with down-tempo and mash ups/remixes I come across ever so often (such a sucker for mash ups!) but I can’t seem to get enough of these melodic voices combined with yummy beats… so beautiful and inspiring; the kind of music that touches you deep within, the kind that gets your blood pumping and your heart dancing. The kind that represents this specific time in your life: the right now.  Anyways, I’ve been a complete fiend for it. Hunting through music blogs till my eyes hurt.. the satisfaction has proved worth it.

changes are happening and time is flying quickly. I want to remember these moments forever and when the future has arrived, I will continue to time travel through these songs and feel like this again.
